Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
